Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Defective/damaged product received

    • Product missing from shipment

  • Returns are not accepted for products opened/used or due to change of mind.

Return Request Window

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@ekobarn.com with order details, proof of purchase, and product images.

Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items will be inspected before processing a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will only be approved if the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval, through the original mode of payment.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI as per customer’s preference.

Replacement Process

If eligible, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost once the defective product is received at our warehouse.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Composting cultures, microbial solutions, and consumable goods are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene concerns, unless received damaged/defective.

  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or until they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
