Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility for Return/Replacement

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Defective/damaged product received

Product missing from shipment

Returns are not accepted for products opened/used or due to change of mind.
Return Request Window
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@ekobarn.com with order details, proof of purchase, and product images.
Inspection & Approval

Returned items will be inspected before processing a refund or replacement.

Refunds will only be approved if the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval, through the original mode of payment.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI as per customer’s preference.
Replacement Process
If eligible, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost once the defective product is received at our warehouse.
Non-Refundable Items

Composting cultures, microbial solutions, and consumable goods are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene concerns, unless received damaged/defective.

Discounted, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or until they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
